The restaurant is open from the end of april until the 15th of September (closed on Wednesday evening). During the week we serve “menus du jour” et we use products of our région. It is also possible to eat à la carte and we also have french fries and pizza’s. Besides this we also prepare “menu surprises” for € 18,50 and you will be surprised!
In the kitchen we use the modern technics of cooking…..smoking oven, vacuum cooking, low temperatures etc. What do you think of a duck breast, smoked, vacuumed and prepared in the steamer…..really delicious or a dessert, crème brûlée with a liqueur of walnuts.
In the low season we organize culinary weeks with several excursions and tastings.
